) — Horton International-North America, a principal partner of Horton Group International Limited, a global retained executive search and leadership talent advisory firm, announced today that Joshua Hollander is the company’s new President and CEO. Hollander assumes the top post from Managing Partners Larry Brown and Bob Gilchrist. Brown and Gilchrist will remain with the firm focusing on driving business development, executing key search assignments and maintaining the company’s standards for performance excellence.

The global firm has 40 offices located throughout the world. Mr. Hollander will focus on strengthening the brand and growing the footprint of the company in the U.S. and Canada.

Hollander has an extensive background in sales and marketing leadership, business optimization and organizational transformation in start-up, small, medium and large corporate environments with significant cross-border experience. Throughout his career he has leveraged those core competencies to increase productivity, exceed sales expectations and develop efficient and effective workflow processes ultimately leading to significant top and bottom line growth.

Hollander resides in West Hartford, CT with his wife and three children. He is a graduate of Williams College and his career includes stints at Morgan Stanley in the Mergers & Acquisitions group, a Warburg Pincus and Softbank Ventures-funded startup sold to Mellon Financial, SS&C Technologies and a large regional correspondent lender. He is currently Vice Chairman and Secretary of the Board of Trustees for Hebrew Health Care, Inc.
