March 2016 Program Wrapup: The SIM Symposium

Our March 31 program, "The SIM Symposium: From Accountable Care to Accountable Communities: How Connecticut’s State Innovation Model Initiative is Driving Reform," at the Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University, examined how the State Innovation Model Initiative is transforming healthcare for all Connecticut residents. Mark C. Schaefer, PhD, Director of Healthcare Innovation with the SIM Program Management Office for the State of Connecticut was the program organizer, keynote speaker and panel moderator. The program included three segments with presenter/panelists from across the state. Special thanks to our sponsor, Connecticut Children's Medical Center.
