"Roadmap to a Baldrige-Based Performance Excellence Journey"
Randi Redmond Oster, Board Member, Partners in Performance Excellence lead this workshop which  highlighted Hill County Memorial Hospital, recipient of the 2014 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Participants learned about the approaches that were used to achieve remarkable results and how organizations can start on the Baldrige journey at the state level. Baldrige hospitals experience faster five-year performance improvement than their peers and Connecticut's state program has feedback programs to assist in organizational self-assessments.
