Paula Greenberg
President and CEO, Women's Health Connecticut
Paula Greenberg leads the business, operational, and strategic direction for Women's Health Connecticut, a group practice of over 300 providers and 80 locations. With more than 20 years in healthcare management, Paula has led initiatives focused on patient satisfaction, quality improvement, leadership development, compliance, new programs and services, including imaging, in-office procedures, and telehealth.

Andy Davis, FSA, MAAA
Andy Davis is a Principal in Deloitte’s Health Care practice with 21 years of experience. He’s the National Practice Leader for Health Actuaries at Deloitte and is one of Deloitte’s Future of Health leaders. He likes to use analytics and research to drive change, and help inform on the outcomes that are possible with the right actions. Much of his research focus is on women’s health, and using new analysis to create momentum, awareness, and investment to improve health outcomes for women.

Elise Courtois, Ph.D.
Dr. Elise's research at The Jackson Laboratory focuses on translational women’s health, with a particular emphasis on endometriosis. Her team leverages cutting-edge technologies—including 3D disease modeling and single cell multiomics—to uncover the key mechanisms driving this complex inflammatory systemic disease.
Alexa Zammett, PharmD, RPh is a Medical Science Liaison at Novo Nordisk and a clinical pharmacist with experience spanning inpatient practice, ambulatory care, and provider education. In her current role, she partners with healthcare leaders across diabetes and obesity and their related comorbid conditions to support evidence generation and translate complex clinical and health economic data into practical insights that inform therapeutic decision-making and care delivery.
